How WISEYES uses your Personal Data

Notwithstanding the failure or withdrawal of your consent, WISEYES may still proceed to process your Personal Data in circumstances recognized and permitted by the law and as required under the contractual conditions, whichever the case may be.

The above policies are also applicable to any Personal Data collected, processed, used, disclosed, transferred and/or stored via the WISEYES’ web site, mobile application and other internet based products/services.
Information related to web site and/or other internet based services:
1. Your acceptance of these Privacy Policy’s terms– By using our mobile application or any part of it or our products/services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.
2. Log files/IP addresses – When you visit our web site or use our mobile application, we automatically log your IP address which is automatically recognised by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our web site or mobile application and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.
3. Non personal information – We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our web site or mobile application. You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our web site or mobile application.
